Plum Tree Kennels is a family owned and operated business. We are situated on 40 acres at Ararat, between the Picturesque Grampians and Pyrenees Ranges, 200 klm’s North West of Melbourne on the Western Highway to Adelaide.

Set amongst the trees, wildlife and assorted farm animals, The air is fresh and the atmosphere relaxing for your pets.

We provide both short and long term boarding, or day care accomodation for both dogs and cats.

Our safe, secure and quiet environment will ensure that your pet has a home away from home holiday. Meanwhile you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is safe , happy and secure.

You're welcome to inspect our facilities anytime between the hours of 9.30am-10.30am, 4pm to 6pm.

Bookings:

As we are a small boarding kennel, it is best to book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Deposits are required for all periods covering Christmas and Easter. Deposits will be forfeited if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given prior to booking date.
If your booking has not been confirmed, it is not a valid booking.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

We accept cash, cheque, eftpos and credit cards.
Payment is required on collection of your pet.

Other Fees:

If during your stay we have to pick-up /deliver or take your pet to an appointment a small fee will be charged.

Kennel Shop:

In the office we sell a variety of dog and cat merchandise- ( leads, toys, treats, craft, giftware, dog coats etc.)
We also supply a variety of dog and cat health prroducts.

After Hours:

Please adhere to our open hours. We close the property gate at closing times and attempting to conduct business after these times can result in a wasted trip to the kennels. During closed times we are able to catch up on various jobs around the kennels as well as other home /school and family needs.
For any out of hours requirements or emergencies, please call us and we can try to sort something out.
There will be a fee for after hours delivery and collections.
