OTHER FEES / DISCOUNTS

*Half Day Rates- If you drop your pet off in the am and then pick up your pet in the pm of the final day then a half day fee will be included for the half day extra over the full 24 hour period that your pet has been boarding at the kennels.  If you drop off your pet to the kennels in the am and pick up in the am of the final day – normal daily fees will apply. (*Excluding day-stay’s).

Long-Term Boarding – A discount of 10 % will be given for any pets that stay for 6 weeks and over. Note: A part-payment during this time may be requested

Multiple Pets – a discount of 5% is given for 3 for more pets staying at the same time belonging to the same owner.

Out Of Hours Fee – A fee will apply for any pets delivered/ collected out of our open hours.( 9am to 10.30pm / 4pm to 6pm) A $5 fee applies to anytime before 9 am and anytime between 10.30 to 4pm. A $20 fee applies from 6.00 to 8pm. There is definitely no pick-ups or deliveries after 8pm

In Town Trips – If your pet requires a trip to the vet in town or any other transportation in town a $5 fee per trip will apply.

Payment is due on collection of your pet. Payment is by cash & eftpos. If paying by cheque, payment at time of delivery is required. No credit will be given. Your pet will not be released until the amount owing is paid in full. New clients may be required to make pre-payments for a 6 week period.

Christmas - We will be taking admissions up to 6PM on the 24th of December. We will then we will be closed to the public from Christmas day, the 25th of December to the 30th of December. Pets that are in our care for this period will be available for collection and we will return to our regular open times, 7 days a week, on the 31st of December.
We have decided to do this as most of the bookings we get during this time, are already from Christmas Eve through to new year’s day.
It also means that we get to have a break and spend some time with our family and friends.
